1. Copyright notice
Copyright © 2026 Paper Giants Publishing, LLC. All rights reserved.
Panequill, Panequill Player, this website, and everything in them that we created, including the software, templates, widgets, sample content, built-in music tracks, text, graphics, screen designs and the arrangement of the site, are owned by Paper Giants Publishing, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You may use templates and sample content to make signage with Panequill, as described in our Terms of Use. Apart from that, and apart from viewing and sharing links to this site, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from our material without our written permission.
2. Trademarks
Panequill, Panequill Player and the Panequill logo are trademarks of Paper Giants Publishing, LLC. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you or your product.
Apple, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Mac, tvOS and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Slides is a trademark of Google LLC. Other names and logos belong to their owners. Their use here doesn’t mean those companies endorse Panequill.
3. Your content
You keep the copyright in the slides, images, video, audio, text and other content you create or upload. We only use it to run Panequill for you, under the limited license described in section 5 of our Terms of Use.
Make sure you have the rights to everything you publish, including photos, logos, fonts and any music you add yourself, and any licenses needed to play music in public at your locations.
4. Third-party material
- The Manrope typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.
- Weather data in the weather widget is provided by Apple Weather, with its attribution shown in the widget. Weather alerts come from the US National Weather Service.
- Decks you import from Google Slides and the feeds, calendars and spreadsheets you link to belong to their owners.
- Photography and screen images on this site are illustrative.
5. Reporting copyright infringement
We respect the rights of creators and expect Panequill users to do the same. If you believe content on Panequill or this website infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright notice” and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- Where the material appears, with enough detail for us to find it, such as a link, a screenshot or the location of the screen.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
These are the elements required by the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). Where we find a notice valid, we’ll remove or disable access to the material and let the person who published it know. We end the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages. If you’re not sure whether something infringes, consider talking to a lawyer first.
6. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you had the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you’re outside the United States, any judicial district where Paper Giants may be found), and that you’ll accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We’ll forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they’ve filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days.
